Mr Taj Muhammad presently holding the position of Deputy Director (Project Development Unit). Mr.Taj Muhammad join PIPS in June 2013 as Assistant Director Parliamentary Development Programme. At the time of joining PIPS, he has 7 years experience in programming, planning and capacity building with various semi government and Non-governmental organizations. His professional field of specialization is training and capacity building where he has served as a Lead Trainer for five years working with National Commission for Human Development (NCHD) and Institute of Social and Policy Sciences (I-SAPS). He has the experience of organizing various capacity building workshops including a training of 90 Master Trainers and monitoring of around 10000 teachers over a span of three years in district MandiBahauddin. He has also conducted Training Need Assessment, KAP (Knowledge Attitude Practices) Surveys and Baseline Census while working at I-SAPS, Muslim Aid UK and with NCHD and Muslim Aid UK. Mr. Taj has also produced a comprehensive report on Public Financing of Education in Pakistan both at federal and provincial levels. Mr. Taj has a masters degree in International Relations and an M.Phil in US Studies, with specialization in Globalization, from Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad.
